Under the terms of the transaction, Joey Carter will be named president and chief executive officer and AtHome America co-founders Ms. Becky Wright and Ms. Lisa Brandau will remain significant stockholders in the business. They will also continue to serve on the company’s executive team as Executive Vice Presidents and members of the board of directors. Company headquarters will remain near Chicago, Illinois.
